Planet Subaru

We had an excellent experience at Planet Subaru. We had done our research, decided on a new/newer Subaru Legacy, and needed to find a dealership to sell it to us. The first Subaru dealership in the area that we visited did not have much inventory for the used Legacy model. We had reviewed the inventory on-line at Planet Subaru and narrowed our selection. We understood from the first dealership that Subarus are reasonably priced and have high re-sale value so there is not a lot of haggling. Scott Forrester answered our call into Planet Subaru, we made an appointment and went in. We described our targets, he showed us the cars and we did our test drives. Once selected, he ran the process on our trade-in and offered us a fair price to close the deal. We felt in control of the process because we had done our research, but Scott did not try to oversell us with a more expensive car or upgrades. The dealership itself is accommodating and the regular service package is appealing. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
