I want to share my experience. After an extensive month long search in the NY Metro area, I became frustrated and began researching east coast dealerships on the internet. In less than 24 hours I was in contact with Michael Connelly, Assistant Internet Sales Manager. It was refreshing to deal with a person who listens! Mike is the most professional person that I have dealt with, hands down. Rather than throw numbers and vehicles at you, he takes a needs based approach. Showing me exactly what I was looking for, not what the dealer is trying to move out the door. I couldn't begin to tell you what he has done so far. I can say that he is very creative in going the extra mile. I briefly spoke with Deb Brewster, Internet Sales Manager. I explained the dilemma we have in choosing a vehicle for our family. She was very helpful in explaining the vehicle. By far the vehicle discussed surpassed the competition. I hope my wife sees the value.
