2 Satisfying Car Purchases and Amazing Service

I have been using Alden Mazda for service since 2014 and have bought 2 cars from them since then. Their service department is always prompt, timely, and honest. Their sales team sets the bar for professionalism and courtesy and putting the customer and their needs first. Alden's prices are more than fair, and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with their customer care and vehicle care. Because of my experience with all of their departments, I have no qualms about sending friends and family interested in Mazda to their dealership and not having Alden make me put my foot in my mouth! Everyone comes back to me and says the same thing, what a great team and hassle free experience! I have purchased 2 new vehicles from them and traded vehicles in as well. The experience was zero pressure, painless, and personal every time. I walked away happy with the deals offered and was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. From Blake in sales, to Tony the manager, and Amy in finance, all of them made me feel like I came first and that my satisfaction with the sale was top priority. I would recommend Alden and their entire team to anyone in need of a new car, or service. Let's also not forget Brian from parts who is the man and takes good care of his customers with accessories! I will definitely continue using them for my service needs for the life of my new Mazda!

Frustrated customer

On March 12th, I bought a brand new Mazda 2016 AWD CX-5 GT, Within 48 hours my car started having major issues, in a week it it had major safety issue, electric system completely failed while i was driving on the highway it shut down while I was going 64 mph... a nightmare. Anyway, @AldenMazda has not stepped up to help me replace this vehicle per the Massachusetts Lemon Law. As a result I have been forced to pursue legal action. #myMazdaNightmare @MazdaUSA - I would like this dealership to simply step up to the plate make things right.

Excellent car buying experience

We came to Alden after a terrible experience with another dealer and Alden was a breath of fresh air. They were all friendly, gave us a detailed quote via phone/email and that's what we paid. They were so accommodating and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealer. And, we love our new CX 5!

This place was very good. I got a 2009 premium Subaru Forrester with 40K miles on it at pretty much the price I want. Got a decent amount of gas. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Two months later the car is doing well. Did well with the trade in. I asked to try out the sound system with gangsta rap and they brought me a Mo Deep cd. Who does that? I will begin my next search with this place. They kept in touch on little things afterwards as well.

Personable low pressure

Good purchasing experience. after visit got one call (didn't ans) and one email. Told them about other cars I was looking at. I called couple days later for an offer in my trade in. They offered full KBB. Other sellers contacted (2) were using BLACK BOOK , considerably lower. I made the deal.

A wonderful experience

My wife and I searched for a car, visiting at least twelve other dealers in the area. We started out with the desire to just get any low cost car that would be a general all around second car. After going to all of the dealerships, and comparing the pros and cons of all the vehicles, we ended up at O'hara Mazda. This was no sudden impulse- for we are the type of people who take everything into consideration when choosing a car. Since we are architectural designers by profession, we tend to look at the nuances in the design of the cars, not only what it feels like while driving,, but how it looks like while in it. I must say that of all of the dealerships we visited , there were only two that we would consider first rate in the way they treated their customers. We had many an adventure with bored, uneducated young men who could barely take the time to talk to you before having another cigarette.(It boggles are minds that these large car companies spend billions on their cars and advertising and then relegate their fine -tuned product to some very young man who can barely get a sentence together. The dealership we were most impressed with was O'Hara Mazda in Fairhaven, MA. The dealer we found to be very impressive was Jeffrey Medeiros . This young man is full of energy, extremely intelligent, and knows everything about the car he is selling. His pleasant manner is very easy-going, and to us, delightful. The car (after the second drive) did sell itself, but we both agree that Jeff was an important element in our final decision to buy the car there. We must also say the rest of the people at O'hara were also first-rate- very helpful, and possessed the ability to make one feel comfortable and not under duress while making a very important decision in their lives. We would definitely recommend O'Hara Mazda to anyone who appreciates forthright intelligent service, plus a car that is a notch above the rest in performance and design..

Stay away

I have dealt with Jeff Medeiros over the internet dealing on a used Mazda6 listed on their web site for the internet price . Only to be informed that the price was a mistake and should of been one thousand more. I chose to take my business else where, since i dont like being lied to.I contacted the owner Mr. Ohara who stands behinds Mr. Medeiros deceitiful way of conduting busines.HE still will not acknowledge that the ad still states a listed internet price one thousand dollars less then that want to charge me. Two weeks later the ad remains unchanged, so beware they are very misleading to get you into there dealership, only to lie to you about mistaken advertised prices.
