Ira Lexus

I have been in sales for all my life. I have built number of sales teams and organizations. Dealing with Ira Lexus Danvers has prompted me to write this review. I have never seen such an unorganized, unethical sales team. They kept badgering me for months to trade in my Lexus and buy a new one. Every time they gave me a verbal offer, it ended up either being high price or rework of the same number presented as a new lower price. Bottom-line, don't trust Reps or managers. I went there even in person just to find out that they actually want even more. I am going to buy from another Lexus dealer in southern Mass just because I would not do business with Ira Lexus. if I was you, I would look at other dealers too. Admunds rating of 3 is generous and over what it should be.
