excellent car buying experience

What a difference from my car buying ordeals in the past. (I have not bought a car in 10 years) We called in advance to receive a very reasonable price (apparently this was to nearby phone center). Salesman Ed Dake was low key and knowledgeable. When we discussed price, his sales manager came to the table; no running off to an unseen manager as in previous experiences. The entire discussion was quick and very pleasant. Car buying being pleasant came as a surprise to me.
