deceptive business practice

onI bought a Subaru Legacy along with a maintenance plan from Quirk Subaru on June 11, 2011. My Business/Finance Manager Bob at the time reassured me that this plan covered dealer scheduled services. I went to the dealer today at 30K miles and, surprise, I was told my plan only covered oil changes. Now, keep in mind that this plan was very pricey for just oil changes so I expected more and also Bob assured me at the time that this plan did indeed cover a lot of services. This dealership does not back up what it sells and I wouldn't give them another dime of my money. Great car, bad dealer.
