The salesman was totally rude! They had quoted a price and when we called about that price they had given us not even 24 hours before they called back saying the price had gone up by $700! We didn’t like the change but it was still a good deal on the Compact SUV we wanted so we went in to make a deal. HOWEVER then they really tried low balling us on our trade in (Which is a 2005 and has less then 90,00 miles on it) so we said we wouldn't add the trade in and just sell the old car ourselves and move forward with the deal That was when the salesman said without the trade we couldn't have the price they offered. Which was never said in the email that we were sent or mentioned at the beginning of the deal making that the TRADE IN was a must! IN fact the guy told us we had every right to sell it on our own at the beginning. Therefore that was a the straw that broke the camels back so we walked out and never looked back!
