Most horrible customer service

Plain and simple, this dealership has been a nightmare to work with from the get-go. There were so many levels of deception and miss truths from the initial purchasing process, The service department was extremely difficult to work with on multiple occasions as well as blatantly rude and dismissive. In order to be free of dealing with this dealership I went to the extent of trading in my vehicle with an entirely new dealership. (And not Ford) I will never work with Kelly Ford again. . Now I am in the process of trying to redeem my warranty rebate that I paid cash for at the time of signing and It has been two months, to no avail. per usual with this dealership I cannot get a phone call back or any accountability or answers. This is true of management in all departments from sales, to certified preowned sales, service manager as well as the business manager. And FYI I do not give a 1 rating I give a zero rating In order to have my rating and review published I had to pick at least 1 start I would give negative stars

Patience, no pushing, willingness to cater to our demands and appreciated the lack of hard sell, "didn't feel like we were dealing with a car salesmen" but someone trying to serve our needs!

Great car buying experience!

Everyone there went the extra mile to get me into the vehicle I was looking for. I'd been to a couple of other dealerships, but the customer service at Kelly Ford in Beverly was by far the best. Many thanks to Gary and Mike for the time and effort they put into making this a great experience!

My new F150 XLT!

Great price, friendly service. Fast response to internet request. My salesperson Lee Moss got me a great deal, was very helpful, took care of all the paperwork, took me through every function of my new F150. Looking forward to working with the dealership for service, and your future move to the current Kelly Nissan Beverly site!

Good Service

Ford Fusion Titanium AWD. If I had to rate the service overall it would be between Good and Great. Lee Moss was a great salesperson, and I would like to do business with him in the future. Some of the areas where I would suggest improving on would be taking out basic sales attitude. I.E saying you won't make any commission on this deal, the dealership isn't going to make any profit on this deal, on a scale of 1 to 10 I've been a "10" to deal with, the deal is only good today, etc. Obviously as a business you would never engage in transactions that would truly be losses (especially when you have to locate and obtain the vehicle from another lot). Coming from a sales person background, I see through that fluff very easily, and its unsettling as a customer (which is why in my own career I never engage in it). I think that is also likely true of most customers (could be some that are very naiive and fall for it I suppose). Perhaps these are just general traits that have been embedded in him as a salesperson throughout his career but that would probably be the best area of improvement. Don't misunderstand this review of the dealership or Lee. Lee was always available as well as everyone else to adequately answer my questions in a thoughtful kind way. Overall I would like to work with him in the future as well as kelly ford (which I'll be evaluating more over the tenure of my lease of course). I just refuse to give perfect reviews for almost anything ever and the biggest reason why I would not shop at Kelly Ford again in the future would be those general sales antics. I fully understand that a profit and a commission will be made on me, it's just part of the business of course, I just find it uncomfortable with these kinds of antics. The dealership was pretty good overall. They were kind and professional overall. Only thing I wish would have happened would have been to be introduced to the service department. Although that might have happened on Saturday had I not been in a rush to get to work, so i don't know if this was on me or the dealership, but it would have been a nice touch. Little side note, one of the reasons I picked this place was because one of the service managers had one of his techs remove and install the glass on my drivers side mirror for free (after vandals through rocks at my drivers side mirror and ripped the passenger side mirror off (I'm still heated about this)). I paid for the glass. I only mention this because this happened when it was Thomas Ford of Beverly, and I wanted to let you know that small things like this go a humongous way in being a profitable business. Just imagine the profit percentage on the labor cost of removing and installing the new glass on my drivers side mirror after it got vandalized to leasing a new car and getting my trade in. I forget who it was and I hope he's still there. But thank him if you get the chance for me and let him know his actions led me to be a customer here. He was mid 40's looking, stocky, male.

This is a great dealership for local buyers!

I wanted another Escape, but wasn't sure what the options were. Wes guided me through the Escape family, and we discussed what sort of car I might be looking for. The first car he warmed up was great. It had exactly what I wanted - eco-boost, heated seats, intelligent four wheel drive - and it was great to drive. After the test drive, Wes brought John over and we talked numbers. This is a difficult, awkward, and scary element of the process, but John was lovely. He was down to earth, patient, and looked me in the eye. And when I came back for my inspection sticker, I asked if John had a minute to just walk me back through the numbers (math not being my strong suit). He was happy to, and spent as much time as I needed to understand how we got to the final figures. Wes was there every step of the way. He is a young man, but he has a very mature bearing, and a great way with customers. He's going to go far. However, the number one reason I keep buying cars from this dealership is Barbie in the Service Center. She is an absolute asset. She is friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, accommodating, and gets the work done in a totally cheerful and professional manner. As long as I drive a Ford, I want Barbie looking after my car!

Honest and helpful dealership

Wanted to drop you an appreciation note for your efforts in setting me up with the Fusion Titanium lease. I have leased from multiple dealerships previously. Yours has got to be the best experience. Please do not become one of those ubiquitous car dealerships which lie and deceive to close a sale. :)

Great experience

I went in to the Kelly Ford dealership located in Beverly Mass because they had a 2011 Jeep Liberty on the lot that was (at the time) my dream car. After a test drive with Weston McMaster, I came to find out that I was actually not a huge fan of the Liberty. I told Wes that I was still wiling to look, but would not buy a car until I fell in love with one. Wes was extremely helpful, did not push me in to a car I did not want, and always kept in touch with me. We test drove a few Escape's until I realized that it was just a little bit too big for my liking. We ended up test driving the 2013 C-Max Hybrid and I instantly fell in love with it. I put a $500 hold on the car and Wes gave me plenty of time to come back in and finally purchase it. Overall,the experience was great as was Wes and the rest of the staff at Kelly Ford. Highly recommend.

Straight Forward

I came in to purchase a new pickup truck and was happy with every aspect of the shopping experience. I felt completely comfortable with the sale of my two vehicles and with my purchase. Tony Lomonte was great and will definitely return here, and to him, for my next vehicle. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs to look for a vehicle.

I leased a 2015 Ford Focus, an absolutely awesome car! The service was exceptional! Tony Lomonte was incredibly helpful and did his absolute best to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
