What experience - never happened. Ford sent me to Gervais for an airbag replacement for my 2004 ranger, I was told that they were going to pick it up on a ramp truck, truck has a rotten frame, with a wheel falling off, when Gervais called me to tell me when I could bring it in for service, I explained to the person on the phone what the situation was, at which point she laughed and stated the don't do that !!! They don't pick up for repair. so the truck sits in the field with a bad airbag.

I called to make appointment and they said not yet.... let’s order the parts and when they arrive here, we will call to set up the appointment todo the updated recalls. All went well dropped vechile off and was called when completed. I wouldn’t expect anything less. Gervais Ford has been a great dealer for me.
