Terrible!

onThe customer service in the service department is terrible. I have had to put my car in their service department 3 times in the last 3 months, once was to re-fix the first problem that they didn't properly fix the first time. The argued with my husband about recharging us for the $100 deductable (we had already paid it the first time and they should have fixed it correctly). We also asked that the air intake be re-attached because they had disconnected it during the prior visit, only to have us check and it still wasn't done. Each service advisor tells you something different. The place is a rip off.
