I just purchased my second vehicle at Mirak Hyandai. Ever since my first experience with them in 2005 I knew I would return when the time came to make another purchase. I worked with Ryan L. and found him to be very personable, professional, and attentive. He also has a good sense of humor which makes the car buying experience less stressful. My most recent purchase was a certified pre-owned vehicle, one I was hoping to find that would meet all of my requirements (I'm pretty fussy) and be able available at Mirak. I got my wish in both cases. I have dealt with other Hyandai dealers and I always go back to Mirak. They are honest, professional, friendly and make their customers feel like family. They also treat their employees well which is very important to me as a consumer. Ryan has not been with this dealer for long and he is a great addition to their team.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Mirak Hyundai. I worked with Ryan L., who was informative, available over email, and answered all my questions. He had a no-pressure approach and let me test drive the car twice, no problem. I found a better price through a deal my insurance company offers and he matched it, no problem. I was nervous going in because I had never bought a car before, but Ryan made the experience pleasant and hassle-free (and I LOVE my Hyundai Accent :-D). I hate shopping for a car. The last time I had to do it (3 years ago) was a miserable experience. I left many a dealer in tears over my frustration. This time, however, it was much more enjoyable. Everyone I interacted with at Mirak Hyundai was helpful and consistent in the service they provided. I worked with Ryan, and he was great! He listened to what I had to say, took my opinions and wants into consideration and was not pushy at all. He answered my emails quickly and always seemed ready and willing to help me get to a place where I felt comfortable. I felt at ease that I was making the right decision. The night I decided to sign the paper work, Ryan stayed late to ensure everything we agreed upon was honored, and I left a happy customer. Overall it was a great experience!

Ryan L. sales agent and Jason K. manager were great giving me all the information on the vehicle that I was looking at. Also let me take a test drive without them in the car which to me is the true sign that they believe in what they sell. When it came time to price the car they laid out the terms in a simple to understand manner with out pressure what so ever. I will recommend both on them to anybody I know who is looking for a new car. I could not by a vehicle at this time from them but it was not because of anything they did.

Honestly, this was just an ok car buying experience for me. I felt nickled and dimed during the negotiation process. Example, no one told me the car did not have a spare tire, and they chisled me down $200 on my trade-in. If I had been told that there was no spare tire and if the dealership had given me the Edmunds amount for my trade-in I would have bought the spare tire kit from Mirak. Instead I bought it on line from a dealer in S. Carolina. Mirak's loss.

I recently purchased 2013 Elantra Limited with tech package. I told Mirak that I would be seeking prices from 8 dealers in the area, and then would hopefully get best price from them (as I live only 2 miles away). I got way below invoice from other dealers and Mirak was quick to match and slightly beat the others. they were honest and straightforward throughout process.

I walked into Mirak Chevy last Saturday and was greeted by a man with a smile on his face. I had been to another Chevy dealership the night before and was not given a smile the entire time I was there. Already, I was excited about my experience. What transpired throughout the rest of the day was great service and a great salesman. Not only was I comfortable and without anxiety I felt like I had a bond with my salesman. He was kind, intelligent and well spoken. He treated me like an individual equal to him. He was older than me, had far more experience and knowledge than me but that never came across. He treated me like royalty and helped me make a decision that will effect the next several years of my life. To back up a little bit, when I arrived they had the car I inquired about! Shocker! No bait and switch here. They quickly brought me to the car and answered all my questions pertaining to the vehicle. Also, he quickly pointed out the values of the car I was interested in. He at no point tried to up sell me or make me uncomfortable by pushing me out of my zone as a buyer. Being in sales for 7 years I know how important client interaction is. They nailed it. When we completed the test drive and sat down to talk numbers. He simply said, "Would you like the car?" No silly sales techniques, just do you like it? I said yes, lets write it up. Through the process Jeff told me to go and have a seat and watch the big screen TV they had in the next room. He also offered coffee or water and if I needed "anything else" that I should speak up. Once all the paperwork was completed and I left I couldn't believe how stress free the entire situation was. I felt like there may be a hiccup at some point but there wasn't. I am completely satisfied with my entire experience and will Absolutely return for my next vehicle (hopefully a Chevy Camaro!). Thank you again to the team at Mirak. They were great and I appreciate the way they treated me!

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Mirak Hyundai in Arlington. I first purchased my Tuscon at Mirak in 2006 and worked with Johnathan B. I decided to trade in my 2006 for a new model and went right back to Mirak. Again Johnathon was friendly, informative and patient with my desire to see a few models. I decided on the Elantra GT and worked with Johnathan and Tim, the Business Manager to finalize the purchase which was quick and easy. Johnathon then went over every feature of the car and how it operates and explained all the new features the vehicle offers. His dedication to Mirak is outstanding. My all around experiance with Mirak including the service department is top-notch. I would recommend them to friends and family.
