I was impressed with how patient Mr. Tom Henigman was with me as I peppered him with questions about my Accord's recommended service. He calmly explained why the service was recommended. He never talked down to me and I never felt like I was imposing on him. I am confident that together we can keep my Accord on the road for a long time!
