AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!!

My sales rep Mr. Lewis 'Champ' Hightower called corporate office to discuss upgrading my auto to 'Android'. After determining that my auto should have automatically been upgraded, my sales rep took my car to the service department, took me home and my auto was upgraded. When it was completed, I called the service department and requested the shuttle pick me up to retrieve my vehicle. I really "BELIEVE" that Mr. Hightower should be rewarded for calling corporate and getting this issue resolved for me, the customer!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!!!! Regina Allen

It was great. This has been the first Dealership we have been to that did not pressure us into a vehicle. everyone was very helpful, took their time to listen, and provided us with the information we needed to make a good logical decision. The sales person, Lewis Hightower and the Manager Jeremiah ?, were both very helpful through the entire process. Many thanks to a very enjoyable experience.

Waldorf Chevy Cadillac was well worth the drive....

We had found a 2015 Camaro on your website for over $10k off the MSRP. We had initially been planning to go to another dealership in Bowie (from Richmond, VA) that had a similar deal before seeing your's. We planned to stop by Waldorf on the way and if it didn't work out, keep on going to Bowie. When we got there, we were approached by Danny Anderson. We told him what we wanted to look at and he didn't try to steer us toward another more expensive car. He brought it around, it was what I wanted and he, Keke, and Michelle helped get us out of there ASAP and back on our way to Richmond. It was well worth the 2 hour ride from RVA. I would be glad to recommend your dealership to our friends and tell them not to let the ride stop them from checking you out. Thanks!

Best Experience ever

I went into the dealership thinking I wanted a specific type of vehicle, but after talking to Ron Holton and him showing me what Chevy had more to offer this just the vehicle I thought I wanted I fell in love with my new Cruz. My recent visit totally changed my opinion of GMC. In 2013, I purchased a used 2012 GMC Terrain which gave me problems from about a month after ownership until we traded it in on Sunday. I was completely disappointed because it was only a year old when we purchased it. All totaled, it probably spent 3 months in the shop. I vowed to never purchase another GMC vehicle. On Sunday we first stopped at a used dealership and I decided I would rather purchase new after my last experience. We stopped at the Waldorf Chevy Cadillac and a nice gentleman referred us to Mr. Steve Luck. Steve greeted us and made us feel welcome. It was later in the day and I almost expected some annoyance, but Steve made us comfortable. He first showed us the Equinox, but I wanted something a little larger with a bit more power. We returned to the dealership and Steve let us test drive the Traverse. Once I got on the road, I liked it well enough. I was extremely grateful for the trade-in amount we were offered, along with the rebate. This, along with Steve's kindness sold the vehicle. A nice young lady (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) explained the documents and Mr. Bob Ross in financing was very nice and extraordinarily efficient. Overall this was an awesome buying experience! If this new SUV holds out for awhile, I will very happy! In any case, I will definitely recommend Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac to family and friends. Thanks guys!

I would like to commend Matt Roberts for a job well done. He was extremely professional in helping us obtain our new 2016 Trax. Moreover, he personally went out of his way to wash and fuel the vehicle for us knowing that we were on a timeframe. And would like to give a shout out to Bob the finance man. Everything was in order, fully explained, and ready for signature. Overall, a job well done by all. Kudos to all staff at Waldorf Chevy....

I had a very pleasant experience. "Champ" Hightower and Walt were my heroes! I told then what I needed and they both went above and beyond to get just what I asked for. Kudos to them both! Lawrence Goodwin, Jr is a very good salesperson. He gives awesome customer service. The team at Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac were great. They did everything in their power to get me into a vehicle I liked and needed. I plan on making posts on my Facebook page about how well I was treated. I have tons of friends in the area and I will highly suggest they come to the Waldorf Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Honda locations for their next vehicle purchase.

As a single woman, I needed to purchase a more reliable vehicle then the one I had previously owned. The prospect of going to the dealership and buying a new car was daunting. I was prepared to experience the double talk, games, etc. that I had experienced in the past. Interestingly enough, I was pleasantly surprised. I cannot begin to express how happy I was to receive 1st class customer service and professionalism at Waldorf Chevrolet Cadillac. The entire staff was awesome. You could tell that everyone loved their job and loved working there. From the moment I got on the property to the the very last minute I drove off with a new car, I was treated like royalty. Mr. Champ Hightower, my sales man, demonstrated his knowledge of various car features and parts. Listened to my needs as a customer and did not use any high pressure tactics to get me to buy a vehicle. He was attentive to my every needs as a customer and treated me special. This experience has changed my view of car buying and I spoke to any and everyone I could about my wonderful experience. I was extremely impressed from start to finish. Within 15 minutes of my online request for more information about the truck I received a phone call from the sales rep (Matt). He assisted with scheduling a test drive the following afternoon. Once walking into the dealership everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The first person we spoke to wasn't even Matt and he knew why we were there after I introduced myself. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and was very easily able to relate his or others experiences with Chevy in general and the Silverado specifically. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing and appreciated Matt's honesty when I asked questions. I had a poor experience with a Chevy dealership in Virginia the weekend prior so this was a completely different and more enjoyable experience. The overall experience at Waldorf Chevy was comfortable, informative and the customer service was really what sealed the deal for me and my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Matt to anyone interested purchasing a new car!

Pleasing

The experience was very pleasing. I was given the best deal I think I have ever received in the many years of my car buying experience. They went to the trouble of ordering my lunch for me. Even after the deal was done and I had concerns because of my neck, (I have arthritis) they let me look at different cars and helped me see by taking my picture in the cars. It help me greatly to see how I was fitting in each car. I just needed to relax and adjust to the slight difference between the old and new car. Steve Luck was a big help. He also followed up with an email explaining the new headrest style is for safety.
