Herb Gordon Subaru

My wife and I recently bought a new 2015 Subaru Outback. What we wanted was not in stock so we had to order it. This is the first car I've EVER bought, and I've bought a lot in my years, where there was absolutely NO hassle whatsoever. Our sales representative Sue Ireland was just about the most low key sales person I've ever met. She was polite and patient with my wife and I as we laid out exactly what options we wanted. Sue was knowledgeable of the options of the Outback and thoroughly answered all of our questions. She even made a couple recommendations that we ended up going with. Sue emailed us as our car went through the process of being ordered, being built, and being delivered. When we picked it up she went over just about everything we needed to know and when we drove away we felt we had a good start on knowing everything. We knew we wanted a Subaru Outback and went to Herb Gordon based on the recommendation of a teacher my wife works with. We asked for a particular sales person only to find out he had recently retired and Sue was hired to replace him. How lucky can you get?. Herb Gordon, and in particular Sue Ireland, restored my faith in car dealers and car salesmen (saleswomen).
