Excellent Service Adviser

The service department at BMW of Silver Spring and particularly Kristina Williams are excellent! When we bought our new car, a friend told me that Kristina was a fantastic service adviser and I have been very happy. We have two BMWs and Kristina explains everything we need whether for our old car or the newer one that's still under warranty. Kristina explains the price of everything clearly and always does her best to make the repair cost as reasonable as possible. In addition, she always ensures we have a loaner car and is understanding if I get stuck at work when I'm scheduled to pick up my car. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring's service department and Kristina to any BMW owner living in the DC area.
