Jai Jennings is a true asset to BMW of Silver Spring

Jai Jennings, BMW of Silver Spring is the best service rep I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in my 20+ years of car ownership. Honestly? I have never met a more personable, genuine, honest, caring person and can't say enough good things about him. He makes sure you and your car is given the best possible care and goes above and beyond to make sure you are very happy. You will not find a better person to assist you out there, trust me. I drive an hour (and longer) to go to see Jai, even though I could go to a different dealership within 20 miles of my home. It is that unique. He takes the time to explain everything, calls you to provide updates, and will call back promptly, if you leave a voicemail. I always come in happy and leave even happier, thanks to Jai Jennings. He truly is there for you and treats you extremely well. Bmw of Silver Spring always hires the right people and this is why I will always bring my cars to BMW of Silver Spring and will buy my next cars from Silver Spring. You will NOT be disappointed! I am truly grateful to Jai Jennings and all he has done for my 335i, X3, and most of all, my wife and myself. Thank you BMW of Silver Spring for having Jai to represent you. He serves you very well!
