BMW of Silver Spring

Ms. Caprice Foster was my amazingly wonderful Client Advisor with BMW of Silver Spring. I inquired on a 2014 Porsche Cayman on the BMW of Silver Spring website by way of their online chat assistant. The office was about to close, so the assistant told me that a client advisor would be getting in touch with me the next business day. Within just a few minutes, I received a call from Ms. Foster. She took the time to give me details on the vehicle, email a Carfax report and said she would take and send pictures of the car first thing the next day. The following day, she emailed me the pictures as well as the window sticker information. I scheduled an appointment the day after and this is when I experienced extraordinary customer service at its most finest. Within the past several months, i had been to several Porsche dealerships in VA and PA to inquire and test drive for my first Porsche purchase. She by far excelled over all the other advisors with her attention to detail, kindliness, personal attention, understanding and her ability to be the best at her job for the customer..me!!! My first experience in buying a Porsche has been one that I will never forget and I thank her for going above and beyond and taking care of this customer. I'd recommend anyone to reach out to her at BMW of Silver Spring and hope you get the chance to experience what I did.
