From A to Z, this service center is doing an excellent job of exceeding expectations. The operator who picks up the phone to schedule the appointment, the technicians, and the sedan service driver are all very professional and the fact that they have low turnover staff(meaning I've been seeing the same team of people for the past 5+ years) empowers them to do their job properly and respond to customer requests with great care and expertise. As always, it costs a bit more to get the maintenance work done at a Honda dealership, but I have the peace of mind that I can drive my CRV for another 80k feeling like its still brand new.
