We continue to appreciate the service department

onWe own a 2006 Freestyle and a 2013 Focus, which are maintained by Al Packer. Our service rep., Billy Fitzpatrick, makes sure our routine service is done properly and monitors any other repairs or adjustments that may need to be made. He also works to keep our cost as low as possible. The cars are always ready at the projected time. We always feel confident that our vehicles will be maintained and repaired properly. Thanks to Billy and the service techs, we expect these vehicles to last as long as our 1995 Explorer did, being traded at 273k miles for the Freestyle.
