Horrible Service

onHave never waited less than 2 hours for an oil change.
3 Warranty repairs in a year (last one they told me my car charger was the problem that caused my A/C adapter to stop working- but I've used the SAME car charger for the entire year I've had the vehicle, and after it stopped working, my charger still worked- and they charged me for the fuse)
I also called one day to see if they were open on Saturday's for oil changes- I was told yes- they open at 8am, just bring yoru vehicle in- no appointment necessary. I got there at 9am- they weren't open.
I miss O'Donnell Honda BADLY. This service department has made me regret buying a Mitsubishi. The next closest dealership is 45 minutes away.
