Criswell Honda

From start to finish, this was the best car-purchase experience I have had. I filled out a request for estimates from multiple dealers on Consumer Reports, and Kevin F of Criswell Honda was the first to contact me. We made an appointment for a test drive, and we received his full attention; he was very professional and friendly at the same time. When I showed Kevin a lower quote we had received from another dealer, he matched it. When we decided to upgrade to a different trim level, he worked to bring the price of that model to a level that was comparable with the quote we had been working with. For financing we worked with Jim W, who was friendly and efficient. The car is perfect and we are enjoying it immensely. The whole experience could not have gone better.
