I love my service advisor

onAfter I purchased my Acura (used) and tried other service centers I decided to journey to Gaithersburg and try Rosenthal. Most people would wonder why I bother to travel from NW washington this far for service well two reasons: 1) Tina Ellis and 2) Superior service team.
Tina takes quality time to offer best advice and ensures everything requested or required is explained clearly. If a requested service is not required she would truthfully advise that. The team leaves my car in great appearance and the waiting area is like non other. If you need a loaner, no sweat you will be in and out in no time. I love my RL but if trade up is ever needed, the service department and Tina Ellis helped to ensure that would be another Acura.
