Service Review - Low Tire Indicator

onI brought my car in to check about a repeat low tire light, despite filling the tire that morning.
I called around 3 and was given an appt at 4 the same day.
The service team was great about checking to see if it was a problem with the indicator or the tire itself.
It took a little longer than they thought, as the tire needed to be replaced rather than patched.
The service team checked for available warranty and maintenance plans.
The service manager Jaimie even came out to the waiting room to update me and ensure that the problem would be fixed and that I would be on my way as soon as possible.
The car was completed in about an hour and a half, and brought around with a fresh wash.
As it had been raining, they even saw to pull into the service bay pull-in area so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain.
Overall a very curteous and effiecient staff.
