onDuring my car buying experience I asked many questions and received very good answers and a lot of patience from this dealership. The used car manager, Brian, was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Alec Conway was my salesman and he did a great job answering my questions, making me feel comfortable (no pressure at all) and assuring me he was not out to sell me a bad car. He even drove the car up to me from Cincinnati to Columbus so that I could take it for a test drive!
Although, I am still unsure how their mechanics did not notice the exhaust or power steering leaks (which I noticed the night I got home from the dealership) during their 180 point inspection. But, I did contact Brian and he paid the bill for my exhaust part replacement at the Midas in Maineville. The power steering issue is covered by my warranty, which Brian also gave me a very good deal on. ($500 for 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on most major issues, minus the exhaust system). So, while I will be paying a $100 deductible for each power steering part, I am still a very happy customer and glad that the exhaust problem was handled very quickly and free of charge.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my 2008 Subaru outback. Other than the 2 issues mentioned, my vehicle is in great condition, drives nice, was sold to me with brand new tires, and is exactly what I was looking for.
