Laura and Hertrich of Denton were great to work with..my wife and I both bought vehicles from them in a 3 week span..they knew what we were looking for and did all the research for us to find our vehicles.. 2014 Malibu

I stopped by Hentrich Chevolet in Denton to look at their inventory of used Malibus and I was greeted by Kevin who was very polite and professional and most of all not "pushy". He asked me what features I was looking for in the car. I told him we walked out on the lot he showed me the car we took a test drive and I was very happy. I was there probably a hour or so, I talked with Zachary regarding financing and trade in values and Doug with the final paperwork. All three gentlemen were professional and polite. Kevin was easy to communicate with answered all of my questions completely and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Kevin to my family and friends.

From the moment i walked in the door everyone was professional, friendly and HONEST. Laura in sales went above and beyond to put me in a dependable, affordable vehicle that i love. At Hertrich they stand by the vehicles they sell. if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, go to Hertrich, tell them what you can afford, and what you like. They will work hard to please you. They allow you to make decisions with no pressure. At Hertrich you are treated as an individual, not a commission.

What a sham!

Loan rate was misrepresented. When I went to pick up my new car, I waited with my sales person who engaged me in conversation. While behind the scenes others were trying to figure out how to give me the bad news. To add insult to injury my good faith check had already been deposited! A professional sales person would have called me by phone to explain mistake vs. having me drive to dealership 20 miles from my home and wait an hour to speak with finance manager who was given the task by default. Also one day we had the pleasure of seeing another salesperson tongue lash our salesperson regarding another deal. What a sham. And no apology.
