I purchased my 2019 Subaru Outback from Thomas Cumberland in September of 2019 and had a wonderful experience. I drove more than 500 miles from Michigan to get this car and the staff of Thomas Cumberland facilitated all aspects of this transaction in an exemplary professional fashion. They returned my phone calls in a timey fashion, provided all the additional info, and guided me to their destination. James Howard provided personal attention beyond the ordinary, assisting me in returning the rental car, giving directions to the area restaurants, and attractions, and finally to pharmacy (I had a bad case of poison ivy). He took his time to go over all features of the car, synchronized my I Phone with the car’s Apple Play and provided advice on trailer hitch and remote starter. Shelly Dawson, made all the paperwork really easy and professionally explained the options for additional warranty. What a great personal service! Thank you, James and Shelly, for making this car buying a real pleasure! I would highly recommend Thomas Cumberland to anybody and no matter where you are – my trip was rewarded with a great deal and a superb personal service.

Thomas Subaru makes vehicle purchases a simple process. Prices are upfront without aggravating negotiations. All staff folks are friendly and helpful. Patrick Yoder is an excellent salesman and initiates follow up assistance after a purchase is made.

I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback. I had a wonderful experience with Johnathan Loughrie who exemplifies what a car salesman should be. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Outback and Forester and did not pressure me to buy. He spent a long time going over the features of the Outback I purchased and made the entire car buying process a pleasant one. He truly is an asset to Thomas and I would recommend him to friends and family.

I have been a Nissan Pathfinder loyal customer since 1992. My husband purchased a Hyundai for work in a bank sale. It was still going strong when he purchased his second Hyundia from Dylan Pelegrin at Thomas Hyundia in 2015. Because of the excellent customer service from Dylan I agreed to look at the Sante Fe. I found everything I was looking for at Thomas but wanted to look at the Nissan Rogue & compare. There was no comparison. Their trade-in price on my 2010 Pathfinder LE was insulting to me because I was a loyal customer. They came back with another offer when the manager saw that we were in and we received several phone calls wanting us to come in and they would work with us. So glad we left their dealership and went right down the road & bought the Santa Fe. Dylan was a great person to work with, not pushy, went over everything with us and told us to call or come in if we needed help with anything. We sent my sister-in-law to Dylan the next week and she bought a Subaru. We will recommend all our friends and family to Thomas

I highly reccomend going to Thomas first when searching for a new or used car! They will be your first and only stop! They have a very knowlegeable and friendly staff! My car salesman was James Howard. He was very knowledgeable, and eager to help. He answered all of my questions, and I felt very comfortable making my purchase!
