Several months ago, I was looking at a Rav4 to possibly purchase. I met with sales representative Dee. Even though I didn't like the Rav4 and didn't purchase the vehicle , Dee was professional and friendly.

This is the fourth vehicle that I’ve purchased from Bill Kidd’s, dating back to 1991. I am treated like a valued customer at Bill Kidd’s. For this visit, I was looking for a specific vehicle. By the time arrived, the car I came to look at was already sold. My salesperson had already determined how to get the same car from another dealership so I could complete my purchase. Amazing customer service.

Very personal, the sales rep and finance people did everything possible to make the truck affordable. They were all very nice. I will never go to a corporate dealership again. Private is the way to go. The people are so much nicer and willing to help.

I had an issue with a car I bought from you in August - and though it was out of warranty, you did the right thing and fixed it at no charge. THAT was the reason I came back. I’ve worked with the same salesman, Matt Andersen, for my past few car purchases. He was involved, knowledgeable and always does his best in helping me the best he can. You definitely have an asset in Matt.

Best Buying Experience

Immediately greeted and introduced to sales person Stan worked with me to negotiate a price with which I was comfortable I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, which included meeting Stan, locating the car of interest, test drive, trade-in appraisal, negotiation, financing, delivery prep and training on features. Quickest car purchase experience for me, ever.

Sales person Stan was very accommodating and knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer he took the time to find out for me. Stan was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the process -- this was the most important part of the whole experience of buying a new car for me.

Joe Cooper has been great to work with. This is my second vehicle purchased (first was a lease) from him and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Mr. Lee is finance was also the most helpful finance person I’ve ever worked with. He explained everything very well and made sure to get me the best financing possible. The two of them made this experience go very smoothly and I really appreciate them for that.

Our sales representative Stan Wartzman was less a salesman than an assistant buyer. He is a super nice guy; patient and not the least pushy. He also had great dining recommendations for us out-of-towners. I would send family to see him personally if they are ever in the market.
