Great new vehicle, helpful sales rep, although lengthy process

I love my new Subaru Crosstrek Limited with the STI Sports Package. Andy was a great sales rep, and I got exactly what I wanted after Subaru custom-built a new vehicle for me. The entire process took just over six weeks, but it was worth the wait. My only issue was how long the paperwork took to complete the purchase. We had six weeks to iron out all the details, yet it still took 1 hour 45 minutes the day I was there to finally pick up my vehicle. That process should have been much smoother.
