Repeat customer. We traded in a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer EXT purchased from IAD auto in Jan 2012 (New Years Day) and it was a great truck. It was begining to show it's age and my wife and I decided to get another vehicle to replace it. We really didn't consider any other dealer but IAD auto. Our salesman ALI was kind and knowledgeable and in a short while we took purchase of a 2013 Buick Lacrosse that my wife absolutely loves. It was a great experience. We look forward to the next time we buy.

Ed is the best salesman in the world! He is persistent, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! He will work with you if you have bad credit, and when I say he is steadfast, trust me when I tell you....you are going home with a car. THE BEST!!! One love Ed!

I purchased a car 6 months ago. I have a couple problems with the car and they are not trying to rectify the situation. I was told that i would receive 3 free oil changes. Now im being told i should have received an iou, but i did not. This is a crappy dealership when it comes to customer service and being lied to on multiple occasions is not good at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

When I arrived At Iad Auto I was greeted at the door and offered something to drink by Alex, Ramain, and Kenneth. Everyone was very professional and polite. I had me eyes set on a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta. This was my first time ever buying a car and they did everything they could to help me accomplish that. I recommend this dealer to everyone is looking to buy a car and I would definitely go back again in the future.

My boyfriend and I was looking to trade in my truck and purchase a car. Alex made our experience at IAD flawless and easy. He was very professional and friendly from the moment he introduced himself. He did not pressure us, but gave us the best service. Kenneth(General Manager), was very professional and got us into the car we wanted from the time we walked in the door, after being told we need to switch vehicles due to numbers not working out . We told him we did not want a different vehicle and that was no issue for him. We got the car we wanted. Ramin( Finance Manager)was also very friendly and professional. He was also patient. They fed us lunch and gave us tee-shirts during our wait. If I had to do it all over again, I would be back and recommend IAD to friends and family...
