I hate buying cars. Besides the cost, the pressure, haggling over price, upselling pressure just drives me crazy. There was none of this from Josh Wolf or salesman Steve Ward. They were both engaged and determined to find me the car I wanted. Steve drove 90 minutes to get me the car I wanted from another dealer.

We recently purchaced our second vehicle from Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. Our salesman for both purchases was Anthony Harris and his manager is Josh Wolf. Neither of these gentlemen acted in a manner that we expected. They were much better! A lot of people are very quick to complain when they feel like they were treated badly on a transaction. A lot of those same people don't go in the other direction though when they are treated above and beyond what they were expecting. That's a little unfair we think. Both Anthony and Josh went out of their way to help us. We feel that their prices were fair on both purchaces and the trade in as well. The finance people, Cristos on the first vehicle and Cassandra on the recent one, were also both very helpful. We have no way of knowing if Heritage Mazda or MileOne will have what we might be looking for next time. We do know however, that we would certainly start our search there next time. Both Anthony and another manager, George, followed up with us after each purchace to see how we were doing. It is our pleasure to rate this dealer and the people we dealt with there, a solid 5 star, only because there was no 6 button. Thank you, John & Jeannie Affayroux

I’ve been looking to buy a new car for a few months and have been in contact with many different dealerships for many other vehicle makers. Heritage Mazda Bel Air in Fallston, MD, was the best of the fifteen dealerships I’ve dealt with recently. They were very respectful, responsive, and professional throughout the car buying process, and more importantly, they gave me the deal I was hoping for. The initial point of contact was very responsive, and when they had the right vehicle for me, he didn’t delay informing me and making sure I came to see it. The sales lady was excellent; she was polite and respectful, and she catered to all of our needs, including entertaining our toddler while my wife and I discussed the purchase, which, in my book was exceptional. She created a video of the car personally for me so I could better decide on the color we wanted. This sales lady went above and beyond for my family, and I appreciate her hard work and dedication to our needs. I’d highly recommend this dealership and will consider them for my next purchase.

Eugene Papaleo, the general sales manager, went the extra mile to make sure that the deal economics work for me. Mychal Denully has been a very supportive sales consultant who also went above and beyond not the entire evening of purchase, but on the phone prior to my arrival. Cassandra Foss, the finance manager, went through the documents thoroughly with me to ensure that I understand every part of the contract. My husband and I recently relocated from California to Maryland so that I could pursue a residency at Johns Hopkins. We had given one of our vehicles to my daughter when we left with the plans of buying a new one when we got to Maryland. I reached out to Mike, who went out of his way to schedule a time to meet with us to review the inventory and everything that makes Mazda the incredible company it is. From the moment we met Mike, we knew we had made the right choice. Being used to the high-pressure sales tactics in California, Mike was a breath of fresh air. We test-drove nearly every car on the lot, and Mike could answer our many questions easily. We had our two dogs with us, and thankfully it was a cool day, so they were comfortable in our primary vehicle while we went on test drives, but Mike was very accommodating when it came time for potty breaks. At the end of the visit, my husband and I decided that we wanted to pull the trigger and purchase one of the vehicles we looked at. I had a meeting I needed to be on camera for, and Mike and Ryan went above and beyond to assist us in finding a branch of our bank so we could pick up a cashier's check. He even went as far as to offer to drive us there. Ryan, the finance director, also went above and beyond, knowing there was a time conflict coming up that I would be unavailable. He got us in and out of signing so quickly I thought there had to be more to do. My husband and I love our CX-9, and we know we chose the correct location. We will be back in the future for our next vehicle. Thank you so much, Mike and Ryan! You gave us a great welcome to Maryland and beautiful memories of our Mazda purchase. I worked with Paul Gallo to buy a used Hyundai. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The price he sent me when I first asked for a quote stayed the same from the start to the end. When I talked with him on the phone and through email he gave me all the information I asked for quickly, and then worked with me to find the best time for me to come in. Between my wife and myself, plus my daughter, we've purchased a number of Mazdas at Heritage Mazda of Bel Air over the years. Each time, Ken Arment has been our sales person, and we've always had tremendous service. He listens to what we want, lines up the appropriate cars for us to see, and works to get us a good deal on the new car and our trade-in. There is no pressure, and you know that Ken is always dealing honestly with you. Ryan does a wonderful job outlining financing and other options. Again, there is no pressure and you can trust what he's telling you. We wouldn't consider any other dealership for our new car needs.

I bought a used 2017 Mazda CX-5 from the Bel Air location with Paul Gallo. 110% recommend. Paul was spectacular to work with- honest, calm, knowledgeable, and not pushy! (very important to me). I loved that he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and my price range, while respecting my price boundary. He didn't try to sell me on things I wasn't interested in, but he adequately educated me on all of my options. This is the third Mazda I have owned and this was definitely the best care buying experience I've had yet. My husband and I walked into the dealership (unknowingly) about 15 minutes before closing time. Our salesman Paul listened to what we were looking for in our new car.He was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options , we test drove 2 cars. Yet, not once did he mention they were closed. He answered all our questions help and helped pick out our dream car. The sales manager Damon was so nice and accommodating .Still he also did not even once say they were closed. We ran into an issue with our insurance card (that took about 30 minutes) and they were all so patient with us . Finally when we asked if they were getting ready to close was when they told us they had been closed for 3 hours. Needless to say we felt terrible and apologized and they told us it was fine and not to worry. When it came time for the finance paperwork Ryan was so nice as well. He even joked and kept things light when we felt so bad that we kept them so late! We had a wonderful experience. This was the car we purchased from heritage and we would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a car, go to Heritage Mazda/Honda! We love our new Mazda CX-9 !! Thank you !!

Paul was really knowledgeable and helpful when deciding to purchase a new(used) car. He was upfront and honest and helped me trade in my old Mazda for a newer, bigger model. They helped me get the amount I wanted for my trade and when I had issues the next day - he was on it. Very happy with the team and service!
