Bad Car, Deceptive Dealership in Glen Burnie
Written by 08/29/2014
onWhile I did have a great experience working with Bob Bell in Bel Air when purchasing a new car, I just had a horrible experience when buying a used car from Bob Bell at their Glen Burnie dealership on Aug 28, 2014. While we were still working with the salesman and seated at his desk, he produced a paper stating that we had 3 days to return the car if we were not happy with it, but would still be required to purchase another vehicle at that price or higher. After bringing the car home, we noticed a thumping while driving, it pulls a little to one side while driving, and the car was filthy. I ran my fingers across the ceiling and my fingertips were absolutely black! We did mention that one of the wiper blades was worn, but the salesman dismissed it.
We tested them later and did have to replace them after all. And there is a car smell that has been covered up with a sickening sweet deodorant. They now claim that the 3 day policy is only for new cars. Why would the salesman place the document in front of us that we had 3 days if it didn't apply to used cars? Talk about being deceptive!
