Criswell Acura

I've visited Criswell, getting my 2007 TSX Acura serviced there for years. When my car was totaled, I was pretty sure I wanted to stick with Acura. I test drove some other makes, but, of course, remained loyal to Acura. I reached out to Stefano since he came recommended by my sister, who bought an Acura from him earlier this year. I'm so glad that I did to show me certified ILXs. He was able to answer my questions, and to provide lots of information about the ILX. Stefano was also able to provide the similarities and differences between the 2015 ILX and my former, 2007 TSX, and between other cars. I was impressed by his extensive knowledge of all the Acura cars. Stefano is professional, friendly, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything. I was apprehensive about car salesmen, but Stefano made the experience pain free. I found everyone there friendly and professional.
