We've been a Varney customer for many years, and this was the 5th vehicle that we have purchased from them. That alone should speak volumes as to the quality of customer service that they provide. We keep going back, because we know that we can trust them to treat us fairly, to put us into the right vehicle at the best possible price, and provide the best quality service after the sale. The sales experience was pleasant, however the vehicle servicing left something more to be desired. The engine oil was low, the windshield washer needed to be refilled and I had to add brake fluid.

Katie was our salesperson and she was just great. This was the best service that we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. She just bent over backwards for us and the dealership, too. It really was just awesome and we really mean that. My husband is 61 and I am 59 and we have bought a few autos in our time. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Salesman was easy to talk with, was direct in his dealing with me and when I mentioned I was having a problem getting the home link to work on the car and my garage door, he drove out to my home for an extended period trying to get the function to work. Well above and beyond.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The complete staff at Varney GMC is exceptional, my sales associate, Joe C, was truly professional, no games, and a pleasure to do business with. This will be my dealership in the future when I am ready to purchase again. Nick V made the financing very easy and made sure I received a great rate. Varney GMC went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I traveled 3 hours to do business with Varney and will not hesitate to do it again.

Sales and service is great. They let us look around and didn't come right over to pounce us, which means a lot to a customer from a dealership, they are helpful and efficient. The staff is top notch and hope to see that this holds up. So far satisfied with my purchase of a Seirra double cab V6 that is getting so far 21-25 mpg.

Sales people easy to deal & work with to get the right price & vehicle.They alsways have all the colors you can imagine, not just 2-3 choices..i espcially like the way i dont have to spend all day going round & round to get a fair price , Im to busy for that . Service also is excellent they go out of there way to make it as easy as possible to correct any issues,another reason i buy repeatedly from varney.P S i have had problems with my GMC vehicle but Varney resolved GMC's issue making my experiance easy ,timley as possible and non stressful as i am i busy person .
