Interstate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

We went to buy a new RAM 2500 truck and test drove one that was moderately loaded - somewhere around the Big Horn package level. My husband preferred the blue truck to the red one we test drove. Our salesman told us they couldn't find the keys but assured us repeatedly that all of the trucks on their lot were ordered with the same package features. We did all of our haggling and finalized the deal, When we headed home we realized that a lot of things were missing.... there was no towing package (tow mirrors, built in brake booster), no fog lights, no touch screen radio, no map lights, etc. When I looked for the window sticker that shows what all comes in the truck and the suggested price it was nowhere to be found. They took it out of the truck before we took possession of it. We were sold a Tradesman model truck (base model, no upgrades) for the price of a Big Horn model. We do take responsibility in that we should have paid more attention when they finally "found" the keys, but that doesn't change the fact that only a highly dishonest dealer repeatedly assures you that a vehicle has the features you want and then hides the window sticker. Buyer Beware. I'm sure this wasn't the first time they have done this, nor will it be the last. They should be ashamed.
