Smooth, educational, friendly and seamless. Sales person, finance manager and team were very helpful and courteous. I do not feel as if I am another number as other car lots made me feel previously. I actually felt like part of the family. So far so good!

I sent Oustalet an online request for info on the SRX. I received a quick reply and phone call from a salesman. They worked very hard to find exactly what I wanted. Actually, they worked for days to get what I wanted. Of course I wanted the hardest to find exterior and interior color. But they found it and I purchased it. Dean Fowler is my salesman and he was very patient with all of my demands. I brought it in for the recall on the airbag programming and the service department was nice. I would recommend this dealership so far...I purchased my car 1 month ago.
