Great vehicle and Excellent service! Austin Plotkin and T-Man Benoit went above and beyond for me. As I was shopping from out of state, they accommodated my every need. Answered all my questions and sent pics of the vehicle right away. Had the vehicle delivered and waiting for me when I got to town. These guys know how to treat a customer!

My battery was dead. called service Dept they sent out a serviceman to jump start my MKX. then I went to service Dept my new battery was installed in lest than 30 minuets. Price was under $200. Great service at a great price.

The work done to my truck was fix right and on time when they promise it back to, Brandon is very good at his job and friendly and knows a lot bout ford product, he made sure I had a rental and the tech that work on my truck did a good job , I sure will tell all my friends and family and will be back for new truck in future Terrebonne ford always been there for me and my family goes way back to my dads grandfather always bought fords from Terrebonne Ford since 1960 when Terrebonne ford was on barrow street

I found a used vehicle at Terrebonne Ford that caught my eye. I had never dealt with Terrebonne Ford before, but decided to swing by for a look. After meeting with the salesperson, Katie Ellender, we went from window shopping to signing papers. She did a great job facilitating a deal that left both parties with a smile. The entire process took only 2 hours and at no point did I feel pressured into making the deal. Katie, the Sales Manager, and the Financing Manager were all a real pleasure to do business with. We hope to see you all again next time we're in the market.

This is my 7th Ford Explorer.. My experience was okay with Terrebonne Ford. I think the service was slow to pick up on the fact that I did my research and I knew what I wanted to review. When I was at the office for two hours, I ended the review with the team and asked to pick it up the next day with expectations that numbers would be available to review when I came in. Overall, my experience ended on a positive note, but it was longer than it needed to be.

My experience buying my first vehicle was very pleasant. I never felt pressured in to going one way or another, which was something that was important to me. I worked with Jeff Naquin. He was very professional, answered all of my questions and more, showed me how to use all the gadgets and electronics in my car, made the process very easy, and I would definitely be willing to buy another vehicle from him.
