Car discription not accurate as advertised

Purchased a high end Used CTS-V advertised with low miles and "like new" condition. Dealt with Used Car Manager Seth Loria. Trusted his description. Miles changed to over 600 from the original listing and the paint required over $600 to correct high speed buffing marks, scratches, and poor appearance. Was not "like new" condition. Was not satisfied with the buying experience at Ross Downing Cadillac

I was interested in this white Cadillac w low miles and maxed out. I had spoken w Lamar an the floor sales manager on M, T, & W. Made an appointment for F. I called morning of to dicover they just sold the car becaues i didn't speak w them on Th. I decided to drive up on F bc they advertised several other ATS w low miles. I got there and all had been sold except one silver/gray ATS which is the one olor i expressed deep disregard for. Lamar is a personable, talkative, and overall fin young man. Not to sure about the people he works for.
