Oil change

Price too high

Due to the high cost experienced at Rainbow over the years since purchasing this 2009 Enclave, We have used a local shop with lower overall cost for labor and parts. My wife was adamant to tow her Enclave to Rainbow for this repair. Replacement of the heater hoses due to age was the problem. We were also advised that the #2 coil pack and spark plug were bad. Odd, all plugs and coils were replaced with a life time warranty on parts on 12/15/21 by the local auto repair shop. Our Enclave was running perfectly and find it odd that this would be required. Price per coil was $63.99 and spark plug $7.99 by the local repair shop. Rainbow was $175.92 & $12.98 respectively. FYI the total repair cost at our local repair shop for a rear brake job, 6 coil packs, 6 spark plugs, intake.gasket including labor was $680.00

Broke vehicle

Well i bought a used vehicle here in late January and two weeks ago i had to put it in the shop due to the transmission going out in it. Brought it to another dealership to get it worked on under the warranty that Rainbow sold me but guess what it was not covered under warranty due to the modifications on the vehicle that were there when i bought it. Also Rainbow NEVER did any service on it like they are suppose to before they sell any vehicle. I know they didn't do it because they told me and the other dealer that they didn't. If they would have it would've been caught and i would not have been sold a broke vehicle. So now i have a warranty that i can't use and a vehicle that i can't drive both bought from Rainbow Northshore Buick GMC and all they tell me is it's not their problem. I hope they know they have lost mine and all my families business i have called them and no returned calls. They said they looked at the check engine light and it was just the exhaust. Also a lie dodge put it on the computer and there were 83 codes on the truck

Everything went smooth until after the sale

I got the SUV that I wanted. They refused to negotiate with the price. I was promised a map CD after the sale I waited and when I didn't get the CD I called and was ignored until I had to call the owner of the dealership. Bottom line is... I would not recomend.

Delivery of a New 2010 GMC Terrain

First Off. Our salesman had no sense of humor or personality to speak, spoke to us like he was going to sell us the Terrain at sticker and we might have to take what we could get if they can't locate us one. We bought it there, came from another dealership, Salesman had no idea how to explain most of the features on this vehicle. he could have saved him some trouble and went to YOU TUBE and watched a few reviews and learned something when it came to pre-delivery interview with the new owners at which point he said make sure we give me 5 stars on 3 questions for the survey a month from now. Service was A PLUS, they actually cared about our new vehicle.
