Great experience with Byron L.

We bought a CRV from Richards Honda this week. Byron L. was our sales associate and he did everything possible to make it a great experience from start to finish. The dealership's sales approach is respectful and we did not feel pressured at all. The price of our car was in line with the price listed on edmunds.com, and was less expensive than a similar CRV we viewed at another dealership. Byron has already called several times after the sale to check on us, and his customer service has truly been exceptional. We made the right decision!

** 2015 update: We were so pleased with Byron and Richards Honda that when we needed a second vehicle, we bought it at Richards Honda with Byron. The customer service and overall buying experience was as good the second time around as the first!
