I could NEVER buy another MB because of the way this dealer treated me.

onBrought my C280 in because it was hard to start.(had to give it some throttle during start)
They presented me with a $2000.00 bill and said that this would fix it.
They kept the care fore a week and told me it was ready for pickup.
When they drove it around it still had parts hanging off it.
I asked the service writer how they thought that the care was ready for pickup when it was still in pieces and the drove it back in the bay and finished putting the care back together.
The car was also washed (unfortunately this was an attempt to cover up new scratches)
Within 30 Min of getting the car back I found new problems that had occurred and that the original problem I brought it in for wasn't fixed.
When I brought it back to them they said that the problem now was the Throttle body and it needed to be replaced for $1800.00. Hears where I cought them in a lie, I just had the Throttle Body replaced with a new unit from a different Mercedes Benz shop.
When I let them know this, they said its defective and they could order me another one for $1800.00 and that this was the only way to fix the car bringing this to a halt knowing no one would go in for another 2 grand when the first 2 grand got nothing done.
