Great Experience
by 05/15/2015
onThe sales process was fantastic. Everyone working at the dealership was friendly. I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Also, the service after the sale is great too. Their service advisers are great and I haven't had any problems with my Frontier outside of routine maintenance. Great job Leglue Nissan!

Poor Management and Experience!!!!

onIm 44 years old and have bought many cars/ trucks in my time but never in my life have I met a more arrogant dealership. They have no desire whatsoever to make the customer feel important or that he/ she is making a good deal. Its more of a take it or leave it atmosphere. What I heard of this place is true and I will NEVER try to do business there again. Competitive dealerships bent over backwards for my business. These guys could care less and it appears to all come from the GM!

Great Sales and Finance departments

onPicked up a 2014 Altima SV on Black Friday. Very helpful sales staff. No pressure tactics. Gave me the best price on a 2010 Nissan Sentra trade. Finance staff worked out various finance options to best meet needs of customer. Delivery was #1 with a fully prepped automobile. Thanks for a great experience.

Guess they don't like dealing with women

onI had done my research. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was dealing with a total of seven Nissan dealers local to my residence. Leglue was one of the two that simply refused to deal with me. All I kept asking was "What is the best price you can give". And all I kept getting was pictures texted to me showing me what they had on their lot (NOTHING what I wanted - I was specifically requesting manufacturer options that their lot cars did not have), offering me "good deals" on what they had. Irritated me that they were ignoring my requests for the car I wanted and the cost of same. And by the way, I DID get my car EXACTLY as I wanted at a great price from a dealership that really wanted my business and treated me fairly as a PERSON, not just as a FEMALE as if I didn't know what I was talking about.

Perhaps They Should Check out edmunds.com

onThe dealership tried to sale me like a was merely a female. Pretty this, pretty that.... check out the radio! I was well informed on the invoice prices and the MSRP (thanks BUNCHES, Edmunds). The entire team at Leglue presented a facade, telling me the offer on the table was only 600.00 over invoice. After I told them what I learned on Edmunds, the tactic changed once again from money to "well, if you are going to pay a note, get the car you REALLY want." ( I guess because I looked so gosh darmed good in it?) Oh, and of course, I wouldn't see very many people driving the Rogue since it just came out. Uhhh, like I care? In short they were unwilling to budge. No negotiation at all. I was terribly disappointed, as I was ready with financing (for a reasonable price on the S model) and would have made a purchase the very next day. Turns out, the Hyundai Elantra was a great car for me!
