I tried to negotiate in NC dealerships around 43 to 44 k as selling price but having tough time.. The offer currently i have is around 47,500 . Also did your car has parking assist ? . thanks menal

Re: ES 350 Lease questions [john252]: by brian1848 on Fri May 30 13:47:02 PDT 2008; John, as I said, ultimately you are the one that has to decide but it sounds to be a pretty good deal. The key will be for you to review the paperwork in detail as other dealers i have worked with (this will be my first lexus should the deal go through) done things like put the "net sales price" (which includes sales tax) as the top number in th lease -- in NC we pay tax on the lease payment not on the purchase price so that adds another $600ish dollars to the financing. So I say you consider moving forward if you feel this is right for you and your financial situation (only you can determine that) and just look at the paper work very closely! Brian

Money factor = .00255 (I think this is still WAY to high) Residual value = 55% (this is with 10K miles, I think I should get 55% with 12k miles) Price = MSRP = $40,399 My Price = $37,315 Monthly cost = $601.43, with NC tax payment would be 619.47.
