My only problem that I had was the low ball trade in value for my trade in . I had to stick to my guns to get what I want I needed for the trade in. Worth of advice do not get low ball on your trade in after all they will not negotiate the price they want for their cars neither should you.

Great Experience with O’Brien Ford

My husband and I had found a car on the O’Brien website and emailed to check if still available. Chase Moore promptly replied to us and was most helpful. We scheduled an appt the next morning to meet with him. Chase was very knowledgeable, no pressure, friendly and just great to work with! It was a easy experience, quick and no hassle. We typically hate dealing with salesmen but Chase was awesome and we would highly recommend him to anyone! While this is a new car, we have always had Ford’s and used O’Briens service department as well. Never been disappointed and will continue with them on this new Ford as well!

Very pleased with service. Oil change, tire rotation and possible leak in coolant system. We are pleased with O'Brien Ford, we are not happy with the Ford Motor company. There is a recall on my 2014 Ford Escape in reference to the coolant system, we have been waiting 9 months for a part for the coolant system. This is ridiculous and shows Ford Company does not care about their customers. I will not purchase another Ford product.
