Delivered truck with Stabletrack not working had to go to a local GMC dealer to have it repaired. Truck should have been looked over before delivery 350 miles away.

When we agreed on the the price with tax and licence, we went in to sign the contract, I looked over and there was an additional $399.00 Customer Service fee added on. I asked "what the heck was that"? The salesman said he told me about the fee but the words "Customer Service Fees" were never mentioned nor was the $399.00. The salesman said for me to check all the other dealers around and the were charging a Customer Service Fee, I called Nissan and Toyota right next door to them the next day and both said they DO NOT charge a Customer Service Fee. I feel we were drasticly taken advantage of but my husband wanted the car. Let the buyer BEWARE of those quiet Ripoffs and be sure to ask about those hidden fees before you sign the bottom line. I won't be buying a car from them again.
