Soon after I posted my not-so-flattering review of Hudson Toyota, the internet sales manager Rusty Strange called me to try to remedy the situation. "At the very least," he said "you and your husband will have a nice dinner on us." He then went over some figures for the car we were interested in. Believe it or not, he raised the price! We were told that an extra $1000 fee was "the cost of doing business." We said no thank you and asked for our dinner. Twice. Have I gotten a gift card from them? Of course not! In addition, the car we were negotiating on sold for the same price as what we originally offered. It was all a big game to them, and the customer lost.

We began calling last week to find out about a car listed in their used inventory. After good communication the first day, we made an offer. From then on, our phones calls were ignored and our offer practically scoffed at. We were within a few hundred dollars of the online price and we were turned down. The next day we were chagrined to find that they dropped the price online but still wanted to charge us $200 more than the new published price. Questions about the price difference went unanswered. We shall take our business elsewhere.

Tom K at Hudson toyota was ready willing and able to help us with the purchase of the Rav 4. If they did not have what we wanted he looked to see if there was one that they would go get for us. After his search we decided on one that was on the lot. It got late but he made sure everything was taken cae of for us

As soon as I got out of my Car at Don Moore Toyota in Madisonville, Ky, I was greeted by salesman Tom L. This man was very, very helpful. Test drove a Prius C, (was written a quote,) but then decided I wanted something a little larger so was shown a Prius 3 (was written a quote.) As he was doing the paperwork I was sitting in the showroom when I spotted exactly what I wanted (all the features) I asked Tom if he would give me a quote, which he did. There quotes in one day. Tom answered every question but asked me to be patient as he was new to the Prius. What he didn't know, he went to the manual & found the answer. After the sale was final, Tom phoned me no less than three times to see how the car was doing. I have had no problems with this car & the gas mileage is much more than it is rated. Tom & the car are A-1 in my book & I would highly recommend both to anyone.
