Purchased a 2010 equinox with 30,000 miles on it from sam the lower credit specialist. I haven't had this thing in my driveway longer than 3 moths it's constantly in the shop for weeks with several engine rebuilds. Tried 1000 times to contact them and never got a call back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE AVANTAGE OF YOU BY SELLING YOU SOMETHING THAT ISN'T RELIABLE. FAMILY BOUGHT HERE FOR YEARS WE ARE DONE!!

Good dealer, but...

I've purchased three vehicles now in four years from Toyota of Louisville. They do a good job, but it appears they could use more investment from the Swope organization. They had the lowest inventory of any Toyota dealer I checked in the Louisville area, their facility -- especially the customer waiting area -- is looking really tired, and beware of the surprise $500 in administration and dealer prep fees that show up after you make your deal.

I hate buying a new car worse than going to the dentist. Toyota of Louisville made my car buying experience the quickest, fairest, and most pleasurable experience I have ever had. I had already done my homework before driving up and wound up driving out with my new 2012 Toyota Camry less than an hour and a half later after driving in. After a quick test drive I asked them for their bottom line price. I could tell that their offer was very reasonable and they didn't give me any last minute sales tricks or curveballs. I have walked out of countless dealerships over the years but Toyota of Louisville would probably say I was an easy sell. I can honestly say that they were an easy buy.

Let me just say that this is the first vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Louisville but it will not be the last. Everything was quick, easy and what we wanted. From the time we walked in until the time we pulled off the lot with our 2010 4Runner we never felt like we were just customers. Our salesman treated us like we had been friends for years and answered all of our questions with courtesy and quickly. Although my wife and I live an hour away from the dealership we do not feel like it is an inconvenience for service or anything else that may come up. This was by the far easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
