onI have had poor service from Paul Miller Ford service department on several occasions in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised when Paul Miller Mazda service proved to be exceptional and operated in a very professional manner. I've had both routine maintenance and more recently recall work performed on my CX-9. The work was completed in the time period promised, the price for the non-recall work was accurate. Most important to me, Mazda service did not come back to me with a "laundry list" of unexpected repairs that their mechanic just happened to find. That's what usually happens at the Ford service side of the same dealership. I also ordered a small part for the ignition that proved to be the wrong part on arrival. The Mazda Parts office had no problem accepting it in return and ordered the correct part. It was my fault the wrong part was ordered, so the Mazda Parts Departments cooperation in accepting the return was unexpected and appreciated. I'll go back to Paul Miller Mazda again for non-warranty work and routine maintenance.
