Poor Service and Repairs

I needed an alignment as I was going to put on new tires. I dropped the car off at 7:30 a.m., and it took all day to do the alignment. I had to make multiple calls to find out when the car was finally done in the late afternoon. When I picked up the car, the steering wheel was off center to the right when going straight. I called the next day and the service advisor told me he would have to talk with his manager before they would redo the alignment to make the steering wheel straight and he would call me. I never received a call. The next week I went ahead and put new Michelin tires on the car. I called the service advisor and he agreed to redo the alignment to straighten the steering wheel. When I arrived the service advisor told me I could wait since it would take only 1 hour. After 1 hour 30 minutes I walked around looking for the advisor. He told me they were still working on the car. After more time, he told me that the steering wheel was off center to the right because my tires were worn out. I pointed out the tires were 2 days old, had less than 100 miles on them, and still had the nubs on them. And the 2 day old receipt for the tires was in the glove box. I suggested that he and the mechanic actually look at the car. After more time, the advisor came back and said I'd have to live with it because the tie rods were too corroded to adjust. Not long before, the right tie rod was replaced, so I asked the service advisor to show me. What I saw was the right tie rod looked as new, and the left tie rod had been adjusted because there were clean threads from where it had been screwed out. When I pointed this out, the service advisor told me the car was in alignment specifications and that was all they could do. James Motor Company provided very poor service, failed to straighten the steering wheel, changed their story, and didn't give me a refund.
