onWe were looking for a SUV, Mazda was on our list to look at.
I went first, my husband later.
When we were both there, we were there for 2 or so hours.
They appraised my car, wouldn't tell me the value; and took my info for a credit check, but wouldn't run it.
Finally said I have plans, and asked for them to call if they found that the numbers did or didn't work.
I didn't want to waste anymore time than I already had.
3 days later I called and talked to a manager.
He said the salesman we had been working with was supposed to have called me that morning.
When I said he hadn't called, he said he would him call.
Another 2 days later the salesman called.
I told him that I had been waiting several days for a call.
He said he promised he wouldn't call me until Friday...the call came on Saturday, so not an excuse.
Also, I called on Thursday and requested a call back, obviously (or not) it was fine to call me that day.
He tried to argue that he had been doing what was asked and it wasn't his problem.
I told him we went with another vehicle since Mazda seemed to not want to be bothered by us.
I would recommend to look elsewhere, there are a lot of car lots around who are willing to help.
