I am admittedly very frugal and began this car buying experience with some reluctance. I first dealt with Sheri, who then introduced me to Brad. The whole experience was pressure free. I was able to test drive a few Subarus and Brad was patient and able to answer all of my questions. Over the next few days, I came in a few more times with questions. I made the decision to buy an Outback, and the entire process was really easy, hassle free, and low pressure. Brad was great to work with.
